The CUS is a non-profit organization that gathers the BeNeLux users of CA PPM software with the following objectives:

– Share experiences and ideas with fellow members

– Identify common problems and discuss for possible solutions or workarounds

– Define common user needs and ventilate them to CA Technologies

– Initiate collaboration between the CUS members and CA

– Receive pre-release information from CA on their new products

– Provide a means to escalate common issues and or change requests towards CA
